The Management Connection, Inc. (TMC) is hosting the 12th Annual Great Exchange Conference!
Attendance to the Great Exchange is by Invitation Only. If you are reading this Invitation, you have been selected to attend the Great Exchange. We invite professionals who can make a meaningful contribution to the exchanges and make an impact with what they take back to their cities/organizations. Please note, the total number of attendees is limited to ensure everyone is given an opportunity to engage in the exchanges.
The format of the Great Exchange continues to be a series of professionally facilitated, in-depth discussions in which all Conference attendees participate. The topics of these discussions are based on this year’s theme, “Reflect and Re-tool for the Future.”
To ensure the discussion is relevant to the participants as well as the theme of the Conference, participants are asked to provide topics of discussion throughout the Conference. For each topic of discussion, participants engage in facilitated exchanges with the group as a whole then divide into small groups at each table to drill down on the topic. After small group discussions, participants share their experiences and results through facilitated feedback.
The Great Exchange has been a forum for leaders to exchange ideas share knowledge and make meaningful contributions to roundtable discussions for now twelve years. Within that time, we have witnessed leaders walk away with a renewed sense of vision, purpose and application. That is the goal of the Great Exchange.
The Conference begins at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 22nd and concludes at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 24th. The Conference exchanges build upon each other from Wednesday’s start through Friday’s finish. We strongly encourage all participants to plan on attending the full conference.
